Support Services All of our software products include Software Maintenance and Support services for six months from the date of purchase. This includes unlimited support by telephone, fax and/or email. The service also includes all software updates at no additional cost for the term of the support coverage. After the initial six-month period, additional Software Maintenance and Support service coverage may be purchased in one-year increments for about 15% of the initial purchase price of the software. We pride ourselves in providing extremely rapid resolution of program problems. Customer support always comes first. We try to provide an answer to all problems within a few hours.
